This is a very nice hotel with very friendly people. The red headed Lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful with a great attitude. The hotel was very clean and well maintained the rooms were very clean and quite. This hotel is located close to some very good Restaurants. Every time I come to this area I always stay here.

The room was generally clean, but when we went to leave and I went to check the bed for socks, there was blood on the other side of the bed. I hadn't seen when my son got in because he slept on the other side of the bed. I know for sure it wasn't his. I was thoroughly repulsed. I mentioned it on the phone to the morning clerk, and she just said "okay." When I left, she didn't even acknowledge me when I walked by the front desk. (The night clerk was lovely.) I checked out over the phone. Other than that, generally speaking, and this does not reflect on my rating - just personal preference, but it’s a bit cold, lighting wise and the curtain as a closet didn’t really do it for me. It didn’t feel very “plus” for a BW plus. Funny enough, I apparently stayed here in 2016 and didn’t find it memorable because my old review popped up and I didn't even recall it. I’ll remember it now, however, for all the wrong reasons.
