I am a regular customer and member of the Platinum Club. For the price, you can't beat Best Western Plus Hotels. I have travelled to various locations throughout the United States. The quality and Service is consistent.

Horrible ghetto housekeeper on site

On Saturday morning I had plans to sleep in late while my husband attended his company's annual golf tournament.Those plans were rudely disrupted by a loud mouth housekeeper who walked the 4th floor and constantly complained about her duties and the rooms. After almost 2 hours of and on I called the front desk to complain. Apparently they told her I complained. 10 minutes after my complaint the housekeeper came to my door to fight and was helling through my door that I was trying to get her fired. Some of the Staff and GM backed her rudeness and condemned her for coming to my door recklessly and accused me of being the aggressor after I went off on the housekeeper for coming to my door and yelling through it. She lied and told them she came to my door and was trying to apologize. She lied. She was talking reckless and was provoking for a confrontation and was shocked when I gave it to her. Just beware if you stay at this property you are staying at your own risk! It's very unsafe, ghetto and unprofessional. The GM was very rude and had already sided with her employees before talking to me. I will write a review on site and email the BBB. This is unacceptable!
