Overview

This budget-friendly BEST WESTERN PLUS is located on historic Lundy’s Lane, a little over a mile from Niagara Falls. The hotel amenities include an indoor heated pool located in a tropical indoor courtyard with patio tables, two hot tubs, fitness center, and especially for kids, a Kid Zone with a two-story play park, games and big screen Disney channel television. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi with self-parking for a fee. The attached Irish-themed restaurant, Doc Magilligans, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool-side Bourbon Street Bistro serves lighter fare. Room configurations are limited at this hotel to Two Queen Bed standard room, either tower or courtyard area. Free cribs and connecting rooms are available upon request, with rollaways for an extra fee. The rooms include coffee/tea makers, mini-fridges, and some rooms include a private patio. Lundy’s Lane features shops and boutiques, and an extensive choice of restaurants. The WEGO Niagara Tansit System provides convenient transportation.

If it wasn't for the pleasant staff, this hotel would get a lower rating

The staff is so nice and helpful! This is the reason for I gave the hotel a higher rating than they deserve. I had a room in the 'Towers". These rooms are a traditional hotel room, while those in the courtyard face the pool and are motel like (meaning the hotel room doors open to the exterior, not an interior hallway). The fitness center is a subpar and the meeting space was adequate.

The sleeping room in the towers is very dated and the ac is loud. The bathroom needs caulking and a deep cleaning. I'm glad I was there for one night!

The falls are an easy 15-20 minute walk. It is a mile away and mostly downhill. I'm confused by the terrific reviews. It is an inexpensive hotel...I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Have stayed several times and it has always been a pleasant positive experience and we are looking forward to our future stays...we already have 2 more dates coming up
