Average older hotel

Great location just off hwy, very easy to find. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Cleanliness, hotel appearance/upkeep,showers, breakfast, noise- all just ‘ok’, really expected more based on other reviews. Room seemed to been just quickly cleaned. Overall not a terrible spot but have stayed in better hotels in Augusta area for similar price.

Great Best Western and great location

Stayed at Best Western Plus Augusta, Maine in late October on our way home to Nova Scotia, we were greeted promptly and professionally by Rachel, also had fresh chocolate cookies there if you needed a quick snack. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel is centrally located near many restaurants and shopping outlets.
