Smelly and rude!

I honestly don’t know how the hotel has a rating as high as it does. We tried to spend family weekend there. The room smelled badly of mold. The shower was not clean. We ended up leaving. I was supposed to get a partial refund and have not received it as of yet. One of the managers Cher is very rude. The general manager sent a generic apology and hasn’t answered me either. Stay away!

Terrible

This is the worst place I have stayed in quite some time. The rooms smell (stink) and are very dirty. The rug should have been replaced 20 years ago. The toilet ran water thru the tank continuously. TV was difficult to operate. There was dirt and debris on the floor. Horrible.
