Pathetic

Currently staying here until Thursday. God help me! The place is AWFUL! Like, forget the construction, the current rooms they have you in are TERRIBLE! Like- wanna charge your phone? No outlets anywhere near the bed and the outlets are so old and janky, your charger won’t even stay plugged in. Wanna take a shower? Nope, we don’t have hot water! Just had to move rooms with my family of 4 at 11:30pm after a full day and Christmas party at Magic Kingdom because we went to take showers and the water was ice cold! We are so tired and so disappointed in this hotel. It’s like staying in a 3rd world country at the moment. Don’t do it. Pay the $40-50 per night more to stay at someplace that at least has the basics like outlets that work and hot water! Also, you would think they would be so apologetic about us moving rooms at 11:30pm- nope. Just came up and said here’s your keys and a luggage cart. So here were are, with 2 kids lugging our stuff to the elevators and a new room. Sad. In addition to the basics, there’s mold in the bathroom, everything is rusted, chipped and just feels so run down and gross! Carpet looks like something off the set of Price is Right. Elevators feel like death traps as they rattle up and down. Just terrible. Do not stay here!

Construction

Currently under construction and rooms are out dated with stains on the ceiling and walls.
Staff was very friendly at check in but the customer service booth seemed not interested in talking to us when we needed directions
