Just go with the flow, it is very smooth from check in to check out. Convenient transportation to and from the airport. Most of all the employees are very friendly, welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable about their city and appreciatitive of our choice of booking with them.

This is not the Best Western I am used to. Location to JFK airport is good but despite being close took twenty minutes by their shuttle from hotel to terminal. More on this later. While room was clean it was a bit tight for the two of us (two beds).
Could not get a comfortable temperature to hold in room. When it got cool the heat came on and when it got warmer the air conditioning kicked in.
Noise all night look with trucks backing up and their "beep beep beep" backup warning sounds. This is an industrial area.
No restaurant. Sunday morning breakfast doesn't start until 6am so those of us on the 05:30 get to pick from a small tray of offerings.
WARNING The shuttle is a Best Western but guests from other nearby hotels walk over and use it. More than half the people on the shuttle did not stay at this hotel but just showed up. Front desk said BW guests had priority but those from other hotels were the first boarded. Driver was surly. A woman on the shuttle needed some help and he ignored her. Other passengers helped.
Gunshots ??? during the night.
No restaurants within walking distance and we used Pizza place which shorted our order (missing ordered item). Will write a report on their page on Trip Advisor.
This was the weekend that the clocks rolled back. I called the front desk for a wake-up call and questioned whether the system would take the hour roll back into account. I was assured yes but the call came in at 03:45 one hour before I wanted to wake. I called the desk and asked for a wake up call in one hour. I never got it.
Summary: Location to airport is good. That's it. Small room, noise all night, industrial area, no restaurants nearby, poor service, surly shuttle driver, etc. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
