The BEST WESTERN Galaxy Inn is located in Dover, the capital city of Delaware. Historic attractions include the John Dickinson Plantation and Old State House. Dover International Speedway and Dover Downs casino also draw the crowds to this Delaware city.

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. There’s also a small fitness center, open between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily. Guestrooms are equipped with mini-fridges, microwaves and coffeemakers for added convenience. Cribs and rollaway beds can be requested.

Check-in time is 4 p.m., with check-out at 11 a.m. Parking is free.

Surprised at this being a Best Western

Very familiar with BestWestern and was disappointed in this one. They were in construction but they could have done better. The bathrooms I hope will be one that they redo. The person that checked us in wasn’t very friendly. I give thumbs up for the breakfast which saved the say.

Good for the short stay

I only stayed for one night and it was fine for that. I don’t think I would have wanted to stay any longer though. My mattress was extremely uncomfortable & the springs made noises every time I moved.
