The BEST WESTERN Clearlake Plaza is a quick two miles from downtown Springfield, as well as a plethora of other fun and family-friendly attractions. Amenities include an onsite fitness center, a complimentary continental breakfast buffet, a 24-hour front desk, an indoor pool, ice and vending machines, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet access. The complimentary continental breakfast buffet includes coffee, juice, bread, and sweet rolls. The onsite fitness center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Rooms feature cable/satellite television, hair dryers, desk/work areas, coffee and tea makers, and irons and ironing boards. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request, as well. This hotel is also pet-friendly, for $20 per day (up to two 80 pound pets per room). A $50 refundable deposit is required at check-in. Nearby attractions include the Illinois State Fairgrounds, Knight Action Amusement Park, and the Robinson Zoo. Bergen Park Golf Course is located nearby, as well.

So glad we stayed here.

Everything was so clean and comfortable! The beds were amazing. There were 6 of us and we stayed in the suite. The building is older and you can tell. But everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, pancakes, pastries, etc. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Amy, she was always quick with a smile and to make sure we had everything we needed.

One night stay in Springfield Il. This property is conveniently located at I55 and I72. The King room was clean and comfortable. The standard BW breakfast in the lobby was well organized and well stocked but seating was limited.
