What a sad disappointing hotel.

Best part, wonderful location.
Worst part, all the rest.
There is no excuse for a snarky staff. None.
The room was surface clean, but not good one layer down. Filthy, stained chair that smelled bad. We asked for febreeze. Broken deck chair, falling off wallpaper. And for all of this alledged luxury , they had the nerve to charge a resort fee?!?!?
I asked why. For wifi, parking, and bottled water. Seriously? The place is in desperate need of basic repairs. Theses amenities are the least that should be provided.
The bathroom lighting is awful.
For what we paid, we expected better.

Great Location

This hotel is right on the lake.
It was probably an Embassy Suites at one time and then a spa.
Now it is refur ished and clean. The staff are not very nice but you don't have that much to do with then.
Having a balcony overlooking the lake is wonderful for lounging and having all the extra room is useful. We used it to repack and reorganize for the rest of the trip.
There is no food service, just coffee.
