From the minute that we landed we were catered to and made to feel special. We were greeted by a lovely lady the The minute we stepped off the plane and were fast tracked through Customs and Immigration. We literally walked right through everything and were ready for our shuttle to the villa within 15/20 mins. (And, we had a large party- 3 adults, 1 teen, a 5 year old, and a 1 year old.) So, it was awesome to have such a quick and easy transition through the airport. My parents arrived a few hours later and had the same fast track experience.
Next we arrived at the gorgeous, oceanfront villa 4 at Northshore...I had seen all the amazing and beautiful pictures of the villa and the views, BUT... none of the pics do it justice!!!! Our breath was taken the minute we opened the doors and saw the gorgeous views of the ocean, skyline, pool, etc. It was truly breathtaking!!! The entire villa is maintained beautifully and provided the perfect stay for our entire family. (Once everyone arrived we had 5 adults, 1 teen, a 5 year old and a 1 year old.) It was a house full but you would never know it as the villa is nicely spread out and spacious.
The pool was perfect for everyone and the views from it are unreal!! Our littles never got bored or needed something to do- they were entertained by the pool, beach, wildlife, etc. We did take the 5 year old little girl on the mermaid excursion that Randi recommended - it was perfect for her:) While I am on, “Randi,” our concierge manager- I can’t say enough wonderful things about her!!! She is very detail oriented and handled every single request that we had. (Esp wonderful with gathering together all the baby items that we needed for the 1 yr old.) Honestly- It didn’t matter what type of request I had - she always came through. I can’t even count all the emails she and I had back and forth before our stay to ensure that every single detail was planned and perfect!!!!
Now onto our butler, Namraj... ”Rajj,” was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!! He was attentive, paid attention to detail, went above and beyond every day to look after us, and most importantly- just an awesome, kind, beautiful soul! After spending a few days with him- he became our friend, not just our butler. He made our stay amazing and I seriously can’t imagine another trip there without him!
And, last but certainly not least- I have to thank “Chef Paul,” for ALL of the AMAZING food he made for us. He cooked three meals a day for us and EVERY SINGLE item that he cooked was delicious!! He was super accommodating for the kids and made our stay even better!! Paul was also very kind and fun to be around. We will certainly ask for him again!
Honestly, I could go on and on about Beach Enclave, the villa, Randi, Rajj and Chef Paul... everything was absolutely perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing! It was definitely a family vacation that we will never forget!!!! We can’t wait to return!!!!

What an amazing trip we had to Turks and Caico's! We stayed in Beach Enclave. From the time we arrived at the villa , all I could say was WOW !! 4 bedrooms, all on the second floor, all with amazing views of the ocean. The downstairs was open concept, beautiful kitchen, living room, dining room. The outside living area was outstanding, beautiful pool, dining area, covered sitting area with gas fire pit and very comfortable couches and "swinging" bed!! We walked down a flight of stairs to the second pool!!! Complete with wet bar, grill, comfortable sitting area, table and chairs. There was also a fire pit, where we had a fire and roasted marshmallows and made s’mores watching the ocean!! How many people vacationing in the Caribbean can say this!? The ocean was just steps away, with soft white sand. The weather was perfect all week.

Our butler, Rajj was wonderful!! He made our trip even more enjoyable! His attention to everyone did not go unnoticed.He made sure we all had everything we needed and then some !! Always with a smile on his face and was always willing to go that extra mile. We called him the “baby whisperer “ because our 20 month old grandson loved him too !!

Our chef was Paul and he was amazing. Every meal was absolutely delicious!! We celebrated my birthday during this week and Chef Paul had me 2 Birthday cakes !! One at lunch and one for dinner!!
( different flavors and both delicious! ) and a beautiful decorated plate with chocolate covered strawberries!!

This was an amazing vacation and a trip of a lifetime!! Many thanks to Rajj and Chef Paul for such excellent care. I would highly recommended this team !! We will request them again WHEN we go back !!
