We have been coming here for a number of years and enjoy the quiet nature of this property. There are a couple decks to hang out on and enjoy the Florida weather. We like the fact that we can make a quick breakfast in the room and sit out and enjoy it while we are taking in the view. Probably the only negative I have is that the bathrooms tend to be quite small and there was no shelf over the sink, which makes it a bit difficult to get ready. Other than that it is such a peaceful , relaxing place to stay.

So very impressed with our whole stay and certainly will return. All of the employees we came into contact with were wonderful. We were granted an early check-in (which I realize may not always be possible). Check-in was seamless, the room and property were spotless. It's a mom-n-pop style property however, technology was real time (wi-fi, alexa, etc). They initiated text contact on our first day and checked in with us subsequently. The only question I had was answered very quickly via text. The docks on the water are beautiful and there is plenty of room so you don't feel like your sitting on top of other guests. For those of you who like to fish, they have poles for rent at the main office and there is a bait shop just down Gulf Blvd, who also rents poles and sells cheap ones. No fishing license is required to fish from the property. Don't forget that you have access to all three properties. Our only comment would be that the shower water took forever to heat up, which kind of defeats the conservation program they have in place. Just had to let it run several minutes before hopping in, then perfect. All in all...A+
