WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE! The office clerk and manager on duty were rude and completely uncooperative. He was argumentative and arrogant. She was completely unaccommodating.
Absolutely worst customer service ever. As balloon pilots, we stay in Albuquerque often and this is the absolute worst experience we have had. Originally there was a mix up in our room type for our week at Fiesta. After staying in the correct room, one we booked months prior so our crew could stay with use, they made us move to a standard room telling us there was a mixup and unless we paid an extra $60 a night, we had to move. I was disappointed the hotel wouldn't accommodate us, but we moved. That would have been ok, but the rest of the week continued to be a disaster. Day 2 our room was never cleaned. Day 3 it was not cleaned until after 3. Day 4 I called and asked for it to be cleaned prior to noon so we could come back and nap as we were part of dawn patrol at Fiesta. When we arrived at 1:30, the bedding was off and piled on top of both beds. No one was around and no housekeeping cart in the hall. When I called the office, the rude manager on duty said we would have to wait until they were back from lunch in 45 minutes. Day 5 they actually had the rooms cleaned by 1 when we arrived. We laid down for a nap when we were called to come move our vehicle "immediately" due to construction. We went downstairs and there was no construction. The front desk said they called the wrong room. Day 6 room was still not cleaned by noon. Plus, that night when we were in our room, another guest opened our door. They had assigned our room to another guest and given them a key to our door. We watched this happen on a previous day to the room next to us as we waited outside for the maids to finish cleaning our room. We needed a late checkout on the last day of fiesta so we could finish our activities on the field. We were told they would charge us if we checked out past the normal checkout time. We went back to the hotel and when I went to complain about that, I was told that was a mistake and we could take however long we needed. We travel to 18 events a year in five different states and we have never had a worse experience with customer service. This hotel is overcharging during the week of fiesta, is in a terrible neighborhood, and has the rudest employees every. I did finally receive a call back from one of the managers who profusely apologized and sent me a certificate for a free night's stay. I asked to speak with the head manager who was out of town and never received a callback.

My husband & I had a wonderful & entertaining check in experience with Sis. I was exhausted after our travels & when we walked in I heard some really good tunes & it literally changed my mood. Sis was very knowledgeable & kind. The suite was very clean & spacious. The location is the only reason why I didn’t give an Excellent in this review.
