During early last week's power outage in Yountville (not due to wildfires, but downed power lines because of wind) the hotel staff was on duty to call other hotels and restaurants so that their clientele could be properly directed to other venues with power. Our annual three-night stay at Bardessono for a family group of six from different parts of the West Coast was saved from ruin because of the staff's concern. Consequently, with the staff's advice and direction, our outing was turned into an adventure as we checked in with the staff each day to find out what was open and recommended. We were still able to keep our luxe Spa appointments there as well as our final and delicious dinner at Lucy inside Bardessono (the power was restored in time).
So, did we miss Bardessono? Of course, we did. So next year we will return to again enjoy this marvelous place with no peer for service in Napa Valley (both under normal and emergency conditions) and its outstanding property amenities. (Did I mention Lucy Restaurant?) Also, in our travels to other U.S. destinations we plan to explore the other properties owned by Braemar Hotels and Resorts. They are without question the best!

The services and amenities, as well as the location are the best we have experienced in our several trips to the Yountville area. The entire staff is on top of it! Oh...and the food....you don’t have to leave the property to find wonderful food and drinks. Lucy is lovely.
Just one suggestion to Bardesonno....please consider a few double queen rooms to accommodate girlfriend getaways.
