Perfect vacation

The Sunscape is very well taken care of. The room we had 2105 was in a very good location. It was close to food, pools and the beach. The room was a nice size and very clean. All of the staff were friendly, professional and polite. Our experience at the Sunscape exceeded our expectations. We look forward to visiting again.

Nice rooms, great food, good beach

We stayed in the superior adults section which I would advise. Definitely worth the extra couple bucks. Our original room at check in was two double beds but the staff was able to switch us rooms to a king the next morning. Food in the buffet was great and the pizza shop was nice. We didn’t have the opportunity to do any of the speciality restaurants with only one open per day being a slower time of year and a couple larger groups for weddings. It does get busy during the weekends with the locals on the resort so expect a bit more traffic. The spa was great. And if you’re looking to go to the market the horse carriage ride with short sight see is a bargain at $20. Upon our departure with the later flight to Toronto the Sunclub staff gave my wife and I a room for a bit to have a shower and get ready which was greatly appreciated with our flight delay.

My only complaint of the trip was I wish they would take a bit more focus on the security safety side for unruly guests. One feller during our stay was talked to virtually every day about his behaviour and a couple times had to have the police involved as well. He caused issues on a daily basis and made many guests uncomfortable or would attempt a confrontation with them out of nowhere. I was always shocked to see him still there the next day otherwise I’m sure the Sunscape has the opportunity to be an ideal perfect vacation spot for many couples and families.
