I booked this hotel at the last minute. Very cheap for a last minute stay. Got to the hotel and after calling because I seen on booking.com the had cheap deal, they tried to over charge me - even thought they advised over the phone they they can offer. The air conditioner in my room did not work very good, had a friend stay in the room next door and the air con was amazing! The bathroom was okay, not very clean - lots of mould, the shower was not very good and the bidet shower hose next to the toilet had water coming out smells like sewerage water.
The staff at the hotel were horrible and make you feel very uncomfortable if you do not but food or drinks from the hotel and bring it to the hotel.
My friend asked for a bowel for her room to put food in and the woman who works in the bar and kitchen area washed it with in water from the tap and left it sitting in the bowl.
The reception staff were hit and miss some were nice and some were rude and demanding.

Overall for what I paid for the room I would have been happy but the service was shocking!

Reasonably priced rooms (often deals through Agoda App). Rooms are nothing special although the aircon works well. Beds creak a bit but nothing too unbearable. Breakfast is fantastic, the pool is really nice, good area to swim and chill in the sun/shade during the day. Staff are nice and helpful. Close to the beach (5 min walk) and heaps of restaurants and spas close by. We stayed here for a week as it didn’t break the bank. Would definitely recommend over a hostel.
