If I could give this place a negative 10, I would. I booked this private villa for a relaxing birthday celebration. My stay here was the exact opposite of relaxing. The place was a pig sty. The villa that the staff gave us was so dirty that we went out to buy cleaning supplies to try to stay at this place. The kitchen was a mess - even the pool wasn't clean.I've never had to leave an accommodation before my stay was over - and I've stayed in some shady places during my round the world journey. I left this place, and ended up staying at a wonderful, relaxing villa that was nearby. Avoid this place at any measure. You'll regret every second of your stay here.

Before beginning I want to say that Yudi the manager is amazing and extremely helpful. This review is not a complaint about him - rather, it is a compliment to him at his understanding and helpfulness. We were booked into this villa for 5 nights and no transport arrived at the airport as was arranged. Got a taxi as was advised by Yudi the manager. Had to pull our own suitcases down the Galang as the taxi driver said he could not go down there. Was raining. Got there and before signing the paperwork I asked to see the villa ( have never done this before). It was in terrible disrepair, with an extremely old bathroom and kitchen area. The bed was very basic and the outside lawn area - unkempt with an old dirty covered Bali Day bed. I explained to Yudi that it was sub standard and was not at all like on the photos. He explained that they were renovating the other villa and that this one would be next. He agreed not to charge us and helped me find another hotel. Hopefully they will either drop their price or make it obvious on their website that this villa is very old and run down. Yudi was very kind and helpful and we wish him well.
