We spent a week at the B in a poolside room over Halloween, and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay. The shuttle service to Disney parks was regular and reliable. Bedding extremely comfortable

Very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures online are very different than the hotel itself. I was on the 7th floor and the floor smelled like cigarette smoke and had a very dirty feel to it. It’s an older hotel and it seems they did a cheap job updating it. Cutting corners here and there. The hotel room was very sloppy with regard to the paint job, and the “updating” of the room. There was paint spots all over the floor, and the shower tile looked very dirty. In addition to all of that, the sheets on the bed were dirty/stained. I tried calling down to Housekeeping and the front desk and no one was available to help the situation. I called my credit company to report how deceiving this hotel was (as I booked through their travel service). My credit card company even tried calling and did not have any luck. The hotel is in a nice location but the hotel itself isn’t what is pictured online.
I was very unsatisfied with the hotel and the staff. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying there again.
