As Jamaica’s first Azul Sensatori property, the Azul Sensatori Jamaica, by Karisma received a prime location along the Seven Mile Beach in Negril. The all-inclusive oceanfront resort offers families 136 ocean view guestrooms, with 58 adult-only suites. Guestrooms and suites feature king and double bed configurations, with sofa beds available. Rooms can sleep up to eight and come with flat-screen TV’s, complimentary Internet, coffee makers, mini bars and balconies or terraces. Swim-up rooms are available for those wanting to be close to the pool and the multigenerational section of the resort offers rooms specifically for families. One- and two-bedroom suites are also available for even more privacy.
The resort has three swimming pools, plus a splash area for kids and is located on the beach, with activities like volleyball and soccer available. Non-motorized water sports, like kayaks, boogie boards and canoes are available for rent, and Ping-Pong tables, a giant chess board and board games are great for entertaining kids when they aren’t at the Azulitos by Fisher Price Kids Club or the Playhouse.
New as of 2015, all Azul properties will offer families the Nickelodeon Experience. Kids will enjoy special check-ins just for them, as well as Nickelodeon concierges, a Nick toy lending library, special Nickelodeon-themed amenities and character experiences.
The Azulitos program is for infants and toddlers from 6 months to 4 years old, with mom and baby activities in the morning and daily themed playgroups. The Playhouse is for kids ages 4 to 12 and offers daily activities, access to the splash park and exclusive My Gym programs (advance reservation required). The kids’ clubs are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and in the evenings from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
For parents and adults, nightly entertainment is provided by a DJ if you want to dance the night away or fire and magic shows are scheduled often, as well.
Azul Sensatori Jamaica has six onsite dining options for families and five bars, three of two of which are adults-only. Palms Restaurant is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. with breaks between meals. The restaurant serves up a variety of flavors for everyone and chefs cook in open areas so guests can interact and learn along the way. Ackee Restaurant offers Caribbean cuisine for breakfast (7 to 10:30 a.m.) and dinner (6 to 10 p.m.). Garfield Beach House serves Mediterranean food for lunch from 12 to 3 p.m. and for dinner from 6 to 10 p.m. Oceans Gourmet Corner is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and serves up Jamaican specialties. Di Romagna Restaurant is an Italian eatery open only for dinner from 6 to 10 p.m. daily. Beans Gourmet Coffee Shop is open daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and serves hot coffee and specialty drinks with sweet treats. Dress code for all eateries is casual elegant and the resort asks guests to refrain from wearing tank tops, shorts, flip flops or sneakers to sit down meals.
A few other great resort amenities include massage services, a fitness center, shuttle transportation, certified babysitting services, onsite laundry, a gift shop and a 24 hour medical service.

This was the first time we had visited Jamaica but it certainly won't be our last & the same can be said for this Hotel & the Wonderful Team.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was five star service all the way. The Hotel is large but it still has a very friendly feel to it & because there are many small areas you don't feel over awed. The private beach is gorgeous, the poolside bars of which I think there are at least 4, the main bar & all of the Restaurants were fantastic.
It's difficult explaining just how great the Team are but let's start with Carlos on the personal concierge who was brilliant & constantly checked that everything was perfect for us & was happy to help with anything & everything.
On the main bar Athol, Antoinette & Nichola were fantastic at creating a fun atmosphere but also ensuring that personal touch
On the 7 mile bar the main man was Obrien & also Sadie was great too & both have a wonderful sense of humour & made anytime a great time
At the beach Travel & Vijay were fabulous, nothing too much trouble & the beach was always kept really tidy & soooo clean
Poolside Dillion was great & always smiling, a real pleasure. Davian was great too & very polite
Jasmine was wonderful in housekeeping & very friendly & made sure we were happy whenever we saw her
Chayanne & Patricia at the Coffee shop were great with the drinks & food & again really friendly & welcoming
Hyacinth was a Chef at the Restaurant at Mahogany & was always a joy!
We enjoyed the most amazing Dinner on the Beach & this was without doubt the highlight of our trip. Absolutely stunning in every way
We couldn't recommend this place highly enough, we have already advised our friends to visit & 4 of them have & totally agreed with what we had told them.
Thanks for a Wonderful time!

Resort very clean, staff amazing, food & drinks great. Only issues I had was that when we arrived to our room our mini bar was still empty from previous guests, the man who carried our bags up to the room told us he would get it stocked as soon as possible, it never got stocked that day and did not get stocked until room cleaning the following day. Another thing, I was interested in doing laundry but there were no laundry bags or a slip with prices of what everything would cost to clean in the closet where the resort book said it should be. I went to the lobby and had to request one. One final thing, we used the safe in the closet to store some valuables, one day we were trying to lock it and it wouldn't lock. We opened it up and it locked while open. We could not get it unlocked so it would shut, nor could we get the safe code reset because for some reason our code that had previously worked was no longer working. We called down to the concierge, they said someone should be up in about 15minutes. No one ever came, not that day or any of the days following, even after I had mentioned it again to the housekeeper while she was cleaning the room. So we just had to hide our valuables in spots in the room. Overall the resort was great, just some things were missed & getting some things done was difficult.
