Customer Service is alive and well at this hotel

Everyone on staff from reservations, to the front desk, to hospitality with breakfast exemplified the lost art of giving customer service to a guest. Entire staff went above and beyond at every level to make my stay and that of my group enjoyable. I feel like I have new friends in Kat, Lauren, Catherine and Sally. Great job and a beautiful hotel too.

Excellent hotel, but BEST hotel breakfast!

Came to the area a day before taking a cruise and booked here based on TripAdvisor reviews. Having stayed and reviewed LOTS of hotels, often quite critically, I can tell you that The Ayers is in my top 3. Easy access right off the highway. Beautiful, comfortable suite overlooking the courtyard at $199 all-in. The cherry on top is that today is my birthday and I walk into breakfast to a genuinely happy-to-see-you "Good morning!" from chef Carolyn. She is at the grill cooking eggs and egg whites with peppers, turkey and pork sausage, pastries, juices coffee, and it keeps going. One person overseeing the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. THIS is the kind of employee a hotel should feel blessed to have as she makes guests feel as though they are visiting her at home! Cannot recommend this place in glowing enough terms.
