I stayed last night at the Audubon Inn because of their description and reviews. I waited at the empty check-in desk when checking in for so long I called the Inn's phone number for someone to check me in. The Inn was extremely hot! Around 5:00 p.m. the Inn clerk knocked on my door and told me she was leaving. I was to lock and unlock the Inn when leaving. Noone would be on duty. Okkkkkay???? I was traveling by myself and this just made my hair stand on end. The restaurant was closed. The room...hmmm... needs new carpet, fix cracked sink, cracked ceiling and the carpet was wet below where it leaked! The satellite was on and off for hours. I called the emergency phone number to get the wi-fi pass since no one was on duty. He called back and it still did not work. I had to walk my dog at midnight and the hallways were VERY dark...creepy. I felt like I was the only one staying there...quiet is one thing but creepiness is another! So in a nutshell about their description...no restaurants, I have no idea where the fitness center is, no spa services, no business center and no wifi/satellite.) I had to use my phone's personal hotspot during my stay), laundry service? Airport shuttle? hair salon....this place was a joke! They should have paid me to stay here and watch their front desk for them!
