ZDT’s Amusement Park offers something for all ages, from toddlers to teens (and parents and grandparents, of course). It’s small in size, which makes it manageable for families, too. Attractions include Parachute Drop, Go-Karts, Mad-Raft Hydro Coaster and Switchback, the world’s only wooden shuttle coaster.
Free Wi-Fi and parking are available to visitors, and Danielle’s Kitchen serves hamburgers, chicken tenders and the like (outside food is not permitted in the park).
Another bonus for families: ZDT’S Amusement park is affordable. EXTREME Wristbands — which allow unlimited access to rides — are $22.99 from March to September, and $19.99 October through February. Basic Wristbands are also available for $12, and include access to Jungle Playland and unlimited video games. Individual ride tickets are available to adults for $5.
ZDT’s Amusement Park is located about 40 minutes from San Antonio.
