Grab your strollers and amble the equivalent of four blocks through one of the Dells’ most enduring attractions. Its deer herd has nuzzled crackers from kids’ hands for more than 50 years. Families can also watch lemurs, llamas, game birds, emus, bison and elk that live among these 40 acres. The deer park opens in April, and by May and June the fawns are being born. Males are developing antlers by late July and early August. The park stays open through October.
