Take a simulated helicopter ride over the tundra, braving turbulence as you take on the role of an Arctic explorer. The experience begins in a movie theater and ends in an exhibit space, where you’ll gain a mesmerizing view of polar bears, beluga whales, harbor seals and walruses. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch the frost-loving crew at feeding time — when the exhibit resounds as some bark and squeal for their supper.
Children under the 42″ minimum height (or those who get queasy easily) can skip the ride and proceed to the non-motion theater. During the holidays, the attraction becomes “The Polar Express,” featuring a simulated train ride and a preview of the Warner Bros. movie.
