Formerly home to the Van Cortlandt family, this site includes the manor, tenant farmer’s house, tavern and gardens. Tours are led by costumed guides on Saturdays and Sundays from July 6 through August 25. During the Halloween season, the grounds become the home of the Great Jack-o-Lantern Blaze, where more than 5,000 carved pumpkins are illuminated in a walk-through attraction. Other events are held at the estate throughout the year. Tour admission starts from $12 for adults and $6 for children ages 3 to 17 years.
