This arboretum features a phenomenal collection of flora from many parts of the world — from California native species to plants from as far away as Australia, South Africa and Chile, and it’s a good place to watch for birds too. Tourism-wise, this place is off the beaten path, so it can make for a very relaxing morning or afternoon among pretty plants, and there are places to picnic on the grounds.
