Kids will love to take a spin on this carousel that is located in the harbor along the Potomac River. The old-school carousel itself is fabulous and nostalgic but there is also an outdoor playground with climbing equipment, slides, swings and more. There’s a small toddler play area and picnic tables for families to enjoy and spend the whole afternoon.
