Tally Ho Stables is based at Tally Ho farm in Winkfield, near Windsor. Tally Ho Stables is an approved livery yard as decided by the British Horse Society, and it has been in operation for nearly 20 years. The stables are based near Windsor Great Park, so riders will get the chance to experience the royal grounds on horseback.

Anyone from beginners to experienced horse riders is welcome to join the group tours and discover the land on which William the Conqueror once rode. There are over 30 resident horses and there are fully certified Ride Leaders who will guide the tours.

Age Restrictions

Private parties are welcome and children are able to ride. As they don’t have ponies, Tally Ho Stables recommends this experience for children age 11 or over. But, that is not a strict rule and it may be open to interpretation if the child has some riding ability.
