Asia’s largest zoo, the public Taipei Zoo has thrills for kids of all ages, as well as some unique animals you don’t see everywhere, including pandas and koalas.

The zoo is large, spread out across 165 hectares on a hillside, which means pushing a stroller can get tiring here. Luckily, there’s a train to take you between areas. Themed zones include an Australian area, African area, and desert and rainforest areas, among others.
