Splashwater Kingdom is a distinct section of the park, and you have to walk through the park to reach it. Your ticket fee covers admission, although it’s only open from late May through early September. This water park includes the Lumberjack Splash wave pool, a lazy river, speed slides, and “spraygrounds.” There are also thrill rides, like the Tornado slide and the Black Cobra dark ride.
You may want to save this section for the end of the day if you don’t like walking around in damp clothes, or utilize the lockers to store dry clothes. For an additional fee, you can rent cabanas.
