Rotary Park is a great family park with three playgrounds (one designated for those with special needs), a buoyed family swimming area with wheelchair access, volleyball courts, picnic ramadas, a skate park for the older kids and even bocce ball courts. There are also beach side fire pits, making it a nice area to stay for an afternoon into the evening.

You can launch non-motorized watercraft here, which is great since it is less busy than other launch areas. There is a 2-mile walking trail that will take you to London Bridge. This is a fantastic walk for parents walking a child in a stroller for a nap.

The water is clear near the shore, so it’s a fun spot to explore with kids while they cool off in the water of the lake. There are bathrooms nearby and plenty of parking.

This park is free to access. The Rotary Park is open from dawn until 11 p.m. daily.
