This small museum showcases Native American art, historic photographs of the island and art and furnishings dating back 150 years. The museum provides free admission to any guest of a hotel that is a member of the Mackinac Island CVB, or is just $5 for adults. Admission is also included in the Historic Downtown Mackinac admission. The home was originally an Indian Dormitory to house the Native Americans who came to the island under the 1836 Treaty of Washington.
