It’s hard to miss this castle from the road, where you’ll need to climb a steep incline to reach it, but it’s well worth the stop. The castle was built in the 14th century as a summer residence for princes. Today, you can explore the refurbished castles grounds and apartment rooms, as well as climb the stairs to a terrace with fantastic views of the Rhine River.
