Children will feel itty bitty among the gigantic western red cedars and western hemlock trees along the rainforest trail within Pacific Rim National Park. There are two different hiking trails to explore, both more than a mile long. Follow the marked path (which includes steep stairs at points) along the wooden boardwalks among the trees as you head deep into the rainforest. You will feel like civilization is miles and miles away as you enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of nature.
Parking: A parking lot is located on the ocean side of the highway.
