Situated across the street from Strasburg Rail Road, this museum houses an impressive collection of iconic locomotives, including the train car Barbara Streisand rode in “Hello Dolly!” Other features include a traveling exhibit, locomotive simulator and Stewart Junction, where you’ll find interactive fun via miniature trains (press buttons to make them move) and villages, games and more.
Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for kids (3 to 11), and free for tikes under 2. The Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 12 to 5 p.m. Sundays. It’s closed on Mondays November through March.
