This former homestead is now a museum featuring the ruins of an early California ranch. The former home of settler John Michael Price, who founded Pismo Beach, the grounds features a windmill, adobes, exhibits, Price and Meherin houses, and stone corrals. A walking, cycling and horseback riding trail runs through the property.
