The Pioneer Log Cabin exemplifies life in the 1830’s, showcasing how day-to-day life was at once both simple and difficult. This two-room building was home to a family with 15 members, all living under the same roof. Behind the cabin, you’ll also find a smokehouse and a well. Admission to the Pioneer Log Cabin is free with general admission to the gardens. It is open year-round.
