Located at the Milwaukee County Zoo, this marine mammal facility allows families to interact with seals and sea lions. Oceans of Fun works to teach and educate guests about marine mammals through interactive, hands-on programs and entertaining shows. With a Seal and Sea Lion show four times a day, plus four programs for children 5 and older, Oceans of Fun is a great stop for families who want to get close to aquatic animals. The Aquatic Adventure, for children 6 and older, is an in-the-water program that allows kids to get up close and personal with sea lions. The Sea Lion Splash, for children 5 to 10, allows kids to become Junior Trainers for a few hours and teaches them about seals and sea lions, and where the animals come from. The Underwater Journey Program, for children 7 to 12, is a 2 to 5 day summer camp program that immerses kids in all that the zoo and the marine mammal facility have to offer. The Animal Trainer Job Shadow program is a private class for children 13 and older and it allows them to clean, feed and train the aquatic animals. Programs start at $100. Admission to Oceans of Fun is free, but admission to the Milwaukee County Zoo is $11.75 for adults and $8.75 for children 3 to 12. Kids under 3 years old are free.
