Paris isn’t the only city to house a beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral; Ottawa’s basilica is not to be missed. Guided tours are available from mid-May through mid-October (reservations required). The church is open to visitors daily, unless closed for private weddings or funerals. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays from October through May, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. May through October, and 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Sundays.
