Some of the world’s most renowned artists who have devoted their talents to wildlife are represented in this museum, which has been designated as a National Museum by the United States Congress. Sculptures and two-dimensional pieces are as inspirational as witnessing these animals in their natural environment. A children’s discovery gallery allows little ones to put on puppet shows, to draw and paint their own images, and otherwise express their interest in wildlife. A nice cafe and gift shop make the museum a true destination.
