The pretty oceanfront and upscale neighborhood of Miraflores in Lima is where you’ll likely spend much of your time in Lima, and this boardwalk is its star attraction. Also known as the Malecon, it’s a clifftop walkway where everyone comes out to stroll and enjoy the view in the early morning and evening hours.
