This 4-mile stretch of boardwalk lets you walk above the beach, so it’s easy to watch surfers, hear the crashing of waves, and pop into a restaurant when kids get hungry.
Don’t plan to hang out on the beach, however, unless you’d like to spend time under the waves — the sandy section isn’t very roomy. Be sure to check out the impressive statuary, which make this a step up from just a regular beach visit.
