The Lewis Gintner Botanical Gardens are considered one of the best in the country by those in the know. Sprawling over 50 meticulously tended acres, the Lewis Gintner Botanical Gardens boasts a classical domed Conservatory and dozens of themed gardens including a Children’s Garden, Rose Garden, Asian Valley and Cherry Tree Walk.
During the holidays, the gardens are alit in twinkling lights and a Butterfly Garden delights year-round. On warm days, a water feature keeps the little guys delighted (bathing suits encouraged). The gift shop and café are both extensive and worth your time.
Open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on Thanksgiving Day, December 24 and 25.
