The island’s botanical garden is located in Deshaies on a seven hectares estate that once was owned by a famous French comedian. The estate’s gardener purchased the land in 1991 and turned it into a beautiful garden filled with tropical flora. The land also houses an aviary, koi pond and a restaurant with panoramic views of the garden’s waterfall and the sea.
