Located on the south shore of Kelleys Island, American Indian symbols carved into a rock can be seen on this landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Due to exposure, the symbols are no longer easy to make out, but it is believed that the markings were created sometime between A.D. 1200 and 1600.
