Hershey Trolley Works is a very fun and very popular way to see the sights and sounds of Hershey. Families will learn about the town’s culturally rich and incredible history, as well as about the man responsible for all of it — Milton S. Hershey.
The tour takes place on cool little buses that have been modeled to look like old, period-correct trollies. It’s hosted by some of the friendliest, most knowledgable and enthusiastic guides who not only know enough about the town’s interesting local history, but also know how to keep everyone — children included — interested in the tour.
Participants also have the chance to sample some of the world’s best milk chocolate, which is a perfect consolation prize to any child who might be upset about having to “learn” while on vacation.
Tour themes change periodically throughout the year, so be sure to visit their Web Site in advance to make sure you know what tours are running.
