Doesn’t every kid go through a phase of wanting to be a firefighter? If one of yours is there right now, you can’t miss a trip to the Hall of Flame, where they’ll be able to see dozens of fire vehicles dating as far back as 1725, as well as helmets, fire axes, uniforms, and other memorabilia. At the fire safety exhibit, kids can climb a fire pole, dress up in uniforms, explore the Safety House, and participate in other interactive activities. You can also book a special tour, like the “Story Hour” tour which introduces your group to the basics of firefighting, or the Junior Firefighter tour where kids can help operate a fire hose.
