Located in the Salthill section of Galway along the Promenade is Ireland’s largest native species aquarium. Families can explore on their own or take a guided tour. Kids will love the “touch” pool and fresh water fish feedings. Explore the many freshwater fish, a Fin Whale’s skeleton and the model submarine. Families could spend a few hours here.
