The Children’s Museum in Lake Charles is a phenomenal way to spend two to three hours for kids under age 10. The three educational stories are packed with cool exhibits including a train set, a construction zone, a book nook, and a “Big Mouth” where kids can stand inside a set of teeth and brush and floss away; get friendly with Iggy, the museum’s iguana; hear their heartbeat rhythm through a drum; play in a water diversion table; and a ton more.
Hours
Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; closed Sunday.
