Recommended for children ages 10 and younger, this hands-on, interactive children’s museum has kids exploring both inside and outside. The outside portion of the museum offers a gardening and water table area and plenty of things to climb, including a helicopter, tractor and giant redwood tree stump. Inside, families will find an art studio filled with crafts; a toddler space with soft play items, a pretend main street, restaurant and train station; a science area where kids can learn through play; and an actual beehive with live bees that flow to the outside. Families could spend about two or three hours here.
